Managing 308 people on just one morning is a challenge within itself, but a challenge we thought would be fun, and hard work (and it was!). Here’s how we made it all happen:

- Individual briefs created for each team (including journey plans detailing places to visit and be seen)
- Teams spread across London zones 1 & 2 to achieve maximum awareness
